frequently asked questions

  • If you are not 100% happy with your order we will issue a refund for you. We accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To process an refund, please email us at: customerservice@mendonthemove.org

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • We will gladly replace items, if they ARRIVE defective or damaged, and will cover the shipping cost to send you a replacement. Please send us an email: customerservice@mendonthemove.org

    We cannot replace broken items after 12 days from your shipping date.

  • We ship orders within 5-7 business days after your order is placed, via USPS First Class, unless you select to ship Priority Mail.

  • If your order has been confirmed as delivered, it’s possible that your package was accidentally delivered to a neighbor or another location in your building. We recommend checking with your mail delivery person, doorman or neighbor(s) to see if someone else received it in error.

    If you cannot find it after checking with the people mentioned above, reach out to customerservice@mendonthemove.org.  We would be happy to file an inquiry with the USPS.

    Please note: we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. 

  • The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade + handsewn by our survivor makers. Handmade items, by nature, have imperfections.

  • Yes! We offer online gift cards available in any amount Here.
